Northeastern Forest Soils Conference

The Northeastern Forest Soils Conference is an annual conference for scientists and other interested practitioners to meet, present and discuss forest soils research and application in various locations around the northeastern United States and Canada. Participants include federal and state government, university, and the private sector. The conference began in 1939 at Harvard Forest in Petersham, Massachusetts. 

This site is provided as an informational portal for the conference.

The Latest Information

The NEFSC will meet amongst the rocks and bogs of the north shore of Lake Superior from Cloquet, Minnesota to Thunder Bay, Ontario July 29 to August 3, 2007. Check out the conference announcement below.
